1. Inspecting Wood
There are many exquisite details in wood work. When accepting, first check whether the wood furniture matches the design drawings, and then carefully check the structure, shape, gap, size, size, door switch, and color of the wood work. Check whether the level and the color are perfect. vertical, etc.

2. Inspecting Tile
Tile engineering is very professional and requires experienced master workers to do it. Whether it is the pattern color, seam size and smoothness of the joints of the four corners of the tiles, it is also necessary to pay attention to whether there are cracks or corners. Be careful to avoid using them. Only hollow bricks can prolong the service life of the tiles, you can check them one by one with reference to the following acceptance details.

3. Inspecting Bathroom
If there are any omissions in the installation in the bathroom project, the bathroom surface will become more humid, so in addition to the obvious joints on the walls of the bath bricks, it is necessary to pay attention to whether the drainage is smooth, whether there is water leakage under the sink, whether there is water seepage at the edge of the toilet base, etc.

4. Inspecting Kitchen
To avoid the kitchen becoming a high temperature and stuffy environment, the cooling space reserved for the air-conditioning equipment and refrigerator in the kitchen is also very important. Inspecting kitchen is deadly important as many fatal accidents are start from kitchen as it involve high temperture oven, power boiler, fire from the oven etc

5. Inspecting Painting
To inspect the painting the smoothness of the paint surface must be carefully observe. The flatness of the wall and whether the edges at both ends of different colors are complete. Whether the ceiling siding is solid and uniform, whether there are cracks, whether the wallpaper seam pattern is beautiful, and special attention should be paid to the connection of different materials.

6. Inspecting Curtain
Check the curtain cords, rails, rods, curtain sizes, seam patterns.  Open and close the curtain many time and see whether the curtain is running smooth

7. Inspecting Electricity
Try all sockets to confirm that there is electricity, whether the position of the main switch corresponding to each switch is clearly labeled, whether the main switch is clearly labeled, whether the intercom calls and receiving functions are working properly, and check that the balcony wall plug have cover with waterproof lid etc. When inspecting the air conditioner make sure the heat dissipation function test of the host, if it is hidden, pay attention to the maintenance holes, whether the air duct is damaged, check the condition of the water pan, and the smoothness of the drain pipe.

8. Inspecting Lighting
Whether the lighting fixtures are easy to replace, and whether the outdoor lights are waterproof and leak-proof.

9. Inspecting  Door And  Window
Make sure the peephole of the entrance door can clearly see the outside of the door, Test the electronic lock, whether there is a noise when opening and closing the door. Use the key to see whether the door would be opened smoothly.  Inspect the window lock and see it can be opened smoothly.  Make sure the window is close tightly against window frame.
